Climbing through the ranks of California’s up-and-coming DJs, Carlos Arteaga has been making his presence known in the trance community in a swift span of time. With almost a decade of experience and counting, Arteaga’s love of DJing transformed the young adult’s life while continuing to promote the trance movement forward in the US.
It was in 2008 where he discovered the fast, hard-hitting styles of dance music, where he pursued this captivating sound from the illustrious main room, to the depths of the distinct underground. In 2014 he started breaking into the nightlife circuit and playing in California’s established dance clubs.
Aside from performing on stage, in 2015, he attended Point Blank’s academy of music production, where he was taught about the art of music production. Arteaga also sought out guidance from AM Studios, taught by Allan Morrow, and SKapade Studios, led by tech trance producers Stephen Kirkwood and 2nd Phase. In his short time producing, Arteaga has learned valuable production knowledge to further push his musical career forward.
With his love of driving tech and energetic trance, combined with his mixing style and FX chaining, Arteaga delivers an unheard of dance floor experience. Arteaga has also performed live on local radio broadcasts, and shared the stage with some of trance’s top heavyweights including John O’Callaghan, Bryan Kearney, Sean Tyas, Arctic Moon, and Vini Vic.
Ganesh is one the Los Angeles dance scene’s early innovators. His unique sound and style has made him stand out from the crowded ranks of L.A. DJs, plus his mindset and motivation continues to serve him in his career that spans now over two decades. Ganesh has made himself one of the most sought-after Trance artists as he took on the title of "Dreamstate resident", gracing the stage of Insomniac's crown jewel -- EDC Vegas.
Starting his DJing career in 1995 in Santa Barbara, CA, like most DJs, Ganesh began by playing small house parties, clubs, and occasional one-off shows. Willing to do anything to get a gig, he would even offer his own turntables and mixer for the second room. Not satisfied with playing just for other people, Ganesh took DIY to heart and in '97, started the Santa Barbara club night "Digital” which was dedicated to the harder side of dance. Booking DJs he wanted to showcase while honing his own skills and style, thus began his longtime friendship with his mentor and L.A. legend: Thee-o..
Ganesh has played across the country, displaying his matchless style of trance to large capacity crowds alongside world-class talent including Paul Van Dyk, Cosmic Gate, Astrix, John OO Fleming, Ferry Corsten, BK, Nick Sentience, Baby Doc, and more. He's held residencies with the notorious productions of R.O.A.M., Warm & Fuzzy, and TeknoKlub parties as well as club "Red" which was voted "best after-hours" by Los Angeles’ "New Times".
Wanting to support the scene's producers and labels, Ganesh took up writing about the music he loved and held the Genre Editor position for the monthly music magazine "Freebass". He has published a monthly column on the state of UK Hard House/NRG in the late 90's and early 2000's that featured reports and news from as far off as Australia and reviews of the newest, most innovative tracks. Ganesh has also conducted multiple interviews anda label profiles on the global scene's elite.
Ganesh has been a source of inspiration to the new ranks of up-and-coming DJs. Working as a genre buyer/vinyl pusher for the best record store in LA, the infamous "Vinyl Fetish", Ganesh began devoting entire walls to Hard Trance, NRG, and UK Hard House at time when shops had hardly heard the style. He brought a new sound to the L.A. dance scene with a style that blended heavy pulsating bass lines, intense rhythm, and razor-sharp synths. His current sound has evolved but the feeling is as driving, energetic, and memorable as before.
Krzysztof Pretkiewicz aka Nitrous Oxide is one of the leading figures of the Polish and European trance scene. He was Anjunabeats’ first Polish DJ and each of his releases has, without fail, gained massive attention.
He first encountered electronic music in the 90s, and became fascinated by the artistic creativity of musicians such as Jean-Michel Jarre, Mike Oldfield and Depeche Mode, as well as film music created by the likes of Thomas Newman and Hans Zimmer. After beginning his experimentation with sound at the age of 13, Krzysztof’s passion and ability to create tunes that smash dancefloors has continually developed.
Influenced by genres such as house, minimal, speed garage and hard dance, Nitrous Oxide’s unique releases, such as his Anjunabeats debut ‘North Pole/Frozen Dreams’ have gained support from Above and Beyond, Armin – you name it.
His DJing career has taken him to every corner of the world and he is no stranger to festivals and main rooms – the bigger the better for a sound as big as his.

Quavering music enthusiasts to the core with his studio results and gaining approval from Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Judge Jules and Paul Van Dyk among many, the road ahead has been paved with #31 spot on Tranceaddicts world DJ poll.

Exploding playlists around the world, Paul Webster opens doors on legendary music with Corruption, The Wolf, Cut Off and Time. Gaining enviable salutes from Mixmag, DJ Mag and Tillate, the popularity doesn’t lie, sparing a buzz on remix duties also. From Tiesto’s Feel It In My Bones to classic hit Southern Sun from Paul Oakenfold, it’s become impressively clear why the demand has been turned up! Carrying out projects for Armada recently, Paul has alsohad the favorable opportunity in mixing the label’s global sensation- World Trance Sound Series.
Across Europe and the UK, Paul’s resume of shows has officially hit a high from London’s The Gallery at Ministry Of Sound, Godskitchen, Ireland’s Planet Love, Luminosity in Holland and The Arches in Glasgow. Its in Ibiza where the sun shines down on this talent- taking the stage at Judgment Sundays while being personally asked to play for Tiesto’s Club Life night at Privilige to 10,000 club-goers.
Watched closely and supported by many of trance’s biggest from Judge Jules, to Eddie Halliwell and Simon Patterson, and listened to by thousands, Paul Webster’s tune is only getting stronger.

It comes as no surprise that eventually, Jeff Alexander would dive into the world of music. Born in Southern California but now residing in Texas, Alexander had always been exposed to music in some way, shape or form. His father, a piano player and audiophile provided Alexander with his first steps into loving music. Throughout his life, he’s learned to play the piano, drums and bass guitar, thus embracing music as a constant in his life.
After attending a variety of raves growing up, Alexander began dabbling in the world of electronic music. He was heavily involved in them such that he would set up audio and participated in other miscellaneous forms. This fascination with the rave scene proved to be the main catalyst that would drive him to produce electronic music. In 2012 he began DJing for fun, but shortly after, production piqued his interest. Wyked, his first project, focused on bass music.
Over time like all artists, Alexander would find his niche. Specifically, in two genres under the umbrella of electronic music: Trance and Techno. For the latter, he began a project by the name of Dream Gates, a two-man powerhouse with local act and friend Mike Silva in 2016. Unfortunately, the duo disbanded but this would pave the way for Qhemist, Alexander’s current project focusing on the realms of both of his beloved genres. He showcases this zeal for these genres through his bi monthly radio show by the name of Elements.
Releasing just one track called “Don’t Touch” for free on his Soundcloud proves that this was his calling. The track gained great popularity in very little time while getting heavy rotations on DI.FM. The journey of releasing hits continues as Alexander signed his first tracked entitled “Third Eye” on TRANCEfonic Records. This was followed by an EP release by the name of Euphoria which reached #8 on the Beatport Psy Trance charts and remained in top position for a while.
The DJ and producer has been making a name for himself locally and internationally, featuring music on Diamond 107.8 radio in the UK with the station playing his tracks frequently; all on top of his latest release “Organic” printed on UK based Let It Out records. Yet another impressive feat, “Organic” has quickly soared through the Beatport Psy Trance Charts.
Qhemist’s productions have gained attention from the likes of many and will continue to do so, as Alexander gains a constant following while striving to “one-up” his productions, with each one better than the next. While the role of producer is his primary objective, as for the artist role, it is his mission to paint a wonderland for his listeners. He wants to captivate his listeners into that same world that enchanted him through high quality, heart pounding music. With more pristine and original productions on the way, multiple collaborations and a mega impact on the scene, the future is absolutely promising for this rising star.
